Material Composition:
Features a ceramic strike face (alumina or silicon carbide) bonded to layers of aramid fiber (e.g., Kevlar), ensuring efficient energy dispersion and high stopping power. -
Ballistic Protection:
Designed to stop high-velocity rounds, including 7.62×39mm, 5.56×45mm, and 7.62×51mm NATO, with multi-hit resistance in accordance with international ballistic standards (e.g., NIJ Level III or equivalent). -
Lightweight & Ergonomic:
Weighs significantly less than steel alternatives. Available in ergonomic cuts (SAPI or shooter’s cut) for enhanced movement and comfort during extended missions. -
Durability:
Outer sealed in a water- and wear-resistant cover for protection against moisture, UV exposure, and physical abrasion. - Manufacture date (April 2001).
